Rental payment does not include WhatsApp messages charges.

WhatsApp credit are on repaid basis auto renewal yearly.

Unused WhatsApp message will expired within 1 month from 1 year validity.

Prepaid WhatsApp can be purchased anytime by client to continue usage.

Monthly usage will be email to client.

Warning email on depleting WhatsApp message quote will be sent when reach 90% usage.

FAR Tech is not responsible on account blocking by WhatsApp due to over blasting.

Is there a free trial available?

Free Trial is not available, but Pilot is possible with minimum charge of RM300 (for 3rd party charges e.g. WhatsApp, Open AI).

What do I get for each of the product?

1) WhatsApp Menu Bot /Web Menu Bot/QR Menu Bot:

Based on the selected function, charges is base on the number of function purchased.

2) Web GPT bot:

We train a model based on your internal knowledge base document and automate incremental model learning for questions out of context.

How does billing work?

For menu bot existing function/blasting, payment is just the monthly charges base on the function selection and the total number of usage on WhatsApp. A prepaid amount is required that can be top up anytime

For custom built chatbot there will be one time charges on development and integration. Recurring charges is base on usage and prepaid is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our company does not offer refunds upon customer request. However, customers have the flexibility to utilize the services they have paid for until the designated period expires.
